We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:charts.jpg

  • Monday: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Tuesday: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Wednesday: 6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  
    Thursday:  6 a.m. - 3p.m.
    Friday: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Two Saturdays per month : 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Here at Chicago Dental 312, our mission is simple: to be Chicago's most informative, honest and approachable dental practice!

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel  or reschedule your appointment.  We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
